Blackburn Audi were great because the member of staff I dealt with, Neil, provided excellent service from beginning to end. He kept me updated, was way to talk too and professional at all times.
My experience at Blackburn Audi was memorable because they made my experience super fast and easy which is what I wanted! From the first moment of speaking to Scarlett she knew exactly what I wanted and sorted the deal so fast. Her customer service was one of the best I’ve received and she is doing an amazing job. As I work in a dealership myself I know how hard things can be but nothing was an issue for her and assisted me through everything from her responding to my emails and the aftercare too! I would highly recommend to everyone !!!
