Mo himself was great followed up and answered any questions I had promptly even post-purchase without delay. He got back to me very quickly on all my queries and kept me updated at every point. Saturdays I understand are very busy but I think just one piece of advice would be to take a little bit more time to build rapport and make a bit of fanfare outside of the documentation that needed to be done. This was my first Audi and quite an upgrade from my previous vehicle so I was very excited. Other than that though Mo did everything he needed to do and very kindly talked me through when I had an issue on leaving the dealership and called a few days later to see how I was getting on with my car.

Nick was very friendly and helpful, but not in anyway pushy.

I had a great experience at Blackburn Audi because are sale exec Scarlett was really helpful and a pleasure to work with. She really listened to what we were looking for in a car and quickly found the right one and worked hard to secure the sale. Scarlet and the Team at the garage made the pickup a good experience and nice that the Sales Manager Dave thanked us personally for buying a car from the garage. I have no doubt that we will be looked after going forward as customer service is clearly high on their agenda.
