Blackburn Audi were great because Louis the sales man was very helpful, friendly informative about the different models and services provided by Audi. Amelia did the change over and she was lovely explaining all the information in detail and spending time with me explaining all the functions in my new car. This is the third car that I leased from Audi and my experience has always been excellent.

My experience at Blackburn Audi could have been better because they took all excitment away by supplying a nearly new car with a pre-delivery inspection done two and a half months and 2000 miles less before I collected it. Can you believe a 180 miles journey back from the delearship makes oil level to go near minimum and the car warning coming on, and a shot wiper blades leaving lines and smear on the screen... I paid near £42000! is this fair!
